**Responsibilities**:
- Transform the administration of the operation based on Department's WTBC
- Develop and motivate employees professionally and personally
- Improve current operations of costing, forecast, reply and variation analysis
- Guarantee the reliability and quality of the generation of budgets
- Reduce the logistics cost of all operations
- Guarantee the payment operation of services to logistics suppliers
- Cost management of new models
**Minimum Qualifications**
**1. Job Knowledge and Skills**:
- Language: English (Intermediate - Advanced)
- Travel by Year %: 20%
- Must have:
- Work team.
- Computer skills: Excell Advance
- Competencies:
- Analytical and Logical Thinking
- Group Management,
**2. Years of Experience**:
- 2 years of experience working and develop work teams in areas like finance, logistics and accountability.
**3. Education**
- Industrial Engineer, Financial, Administration
