- Address and fix bugs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft PowerApps and related technologies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certification in Microsoft PowerApps.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- English and Spanish high level is required (written and spoken).
