We are looking for someone with great English, writing background (marketing/copywriter), someone with great attention to detail and excel experience!
DUTIES (Including but not limited to)**:Maintain and support the data integrity and organization of art and designs within the ERP system. ** Support the implementation and development of our Digital Asset Management System. **Work closely with artists, licensing, sales, and other staff to ensure all art and designs are uploaded in a timely manner. ** Correspond with artist regarding accuracy of art and all designs. **Ensure that all files are correctly structured to maintain integrity and usability of files. ** Work with your manager to review and implement new features and customizations for the ERP system.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &/OR ABILITIES:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge in Photoshop and AI files




- Must be detail-oriented
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and motivated to work effectively without direct supervision
- Ability to input data accurately and quickly
- Ability to work in high pace/high volume environment
- Maintain a sense of urgency and motivation to complete tasks
