We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst who will be responsible for managing and coordinating all activities related to accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in billing and payment collection.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Accounts Receivable Management**: Oversee and maintain records of all accounts receivable transactions.
- **Billing**: Accurately and promptly generate and send invoices to clients.
- **Payment Follow-Up**: Track outstanding invoices and coordinate with clients to ensure timely payment.
- **Reconciliations**: Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts receivable to ensure all payments are correctly recorded.
- **Dispute Resolution**: Handle customer inquiries and disputes related to invoices, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare periodic reports on the status of accounts receivable and key performance metrics.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**:



Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- **Technical Skills**: Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- **Soft Skills**: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- **Languages**: English proficiency (Conversational).
