**OBJECTIVE**:Supervises and Coordinates Personnel involved in one or more Production
**Tasks according to Quantity and Quality specifications.**
1. Supervises and coordinates personnel involved in one or more production tasks to insure the continuous workflow as well as the fulfillment of projects according to quantity and quality specifications.
2. Analyzes production programs and estimates man-hour requirements to complete the assigned job.
3. Analyzes and solves work problems or assists workers in solving work related problems.
4. Appraises the performance of subordinates and recommends the appropriate development plans. Recommends or initiates personnel measures such as promotions, transfers, dismissals and disciplinary actions.
5. Can train new workers.
6. Maintains production and time records.
7. Can estimate, request or inspect raw materials.
8. Meets with other supervisors to achieve the coordination of activities between the individual departments.
9. Develops, modifies and maintains standard operating procedures (SOP) of the production function.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor degree
3 to 5 years of experience
Advanced English
