**Responsibilities**:
- The Sales Analyst will be primarily tasked with data compilation, reporting and synthesizing actionable insight.
- Compiles, analyzes and reports sales performance using financial tools and KPIs.
- Performs analyses to determine trends, estimates, and significant changes, and prepare reports of analyses.
- Prepares, analyzes, and supports initiatives related to profitability.
- Calculates rebates, co-ops, warranty credits, among others for accrual and payment purposes.
- Calculates POS and regular commissions for Uni-Line and Mississauga (send out for approval, payment and to the reps).
- Update a weekly dashboard with sales invoiced, incoming and open orders for all Aftermarket locations.
- This role will also collaborate on cross-departmental ad hoc projects, focused on a variety of areas.
- Maintains sell prices by part in the system and periodically make pricing changes as needed
- Works with customer service dept to handle buying group activities

**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with advanced knowledge of Excel: advanced formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups, data manipulation, chart & graph creation.
- Data Warehouse or Business Intelligence Software (preferably Power BI) experience is a must.
- Manufacturing industry experience a plus.
