Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR sourcing.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
- Lead and mentor the HR team to foster a positive work environment and drive employee engagement.
- Utilize data analysis skills to assess HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior management to address organizational needs related to human capital.
- Manage HRIS systems such as UltiPro, SAP, and Dayforce for efficient HR operations.
- Conduct data collection to support strategic planning and present findings to key stakeholders.
Qualifications:




- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role with at least 8 years in human resources management.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, recruiting, benefits administration, and HR sourcing.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as UltiPro, SAP, and Dayforce.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
