**Profile requirements**:
- Data organization experience (1-2 years).
- Experience using AI preferred but not required.
- College graduate preferred.
- Proactive - has critical thinking skills needed to work independently and know when to ask for additional information or status.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to project schedule deadlines & deliverables.
- Moderate to advance knowledge of MS Office & Google docs.
- Able to learn and adapt to new software as needed (related)

**Main responsibilities**:
- Review content for errors, inconsistency, style, and relevance.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the integrity and usability of stored data.
- Respond to requests for specific data or reports promptly and accurately.
- Organize and store AI outputs / content in a structured and accessible manner.
