RESPONSIBILITIES
Understands the products, suggesting ideas and improvements back to group.
Assists with creation, reviewing, and systems-entry of new product specifications, ECNs, tests, procedures, user manuals, submittal drawings, and sales literature.
Creates/modifies mechanical drawings/parts in CAD systems, such as CREO or Solid Edge.
Assists with troubleshooting of escalated or re-occurring field issues.
Performs lab testing of products.
QUALIFICATIONS
1 - 3 Years of engineering product development or support experience.
Sheetmetal design/manufacture experience.
Working knowledge of mechanical concepts, products, safety, and test-methods.
Ability to follow testing and instructional procedures.
Data-entry systems familiarity & BOM Creation Experience - Oracle,



Agile, etc.
Mechanical CAD tools experience.

MBD (Model Based Definition) experience preferred.
o
CREO or Solid Edge preferred.
Troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve (and prevent) a wide range of problems quickly and logically.
Good planning, organizing, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and operate in cross functional General Development Teams.
Ability to work independently and as part of a Team.
Fluency in English
Basic electrical and thermal experience a plus.
