We are seeking a **Community Manager / Account Manager** to join our creative agency. You will support U.S.based brands across industries such as beauty, food, nutrition, and pets. We value creativity and professionalism!
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute social media strategies.
- Analyze social media metrics to optimize content and engagement.
- Plan and execute online events, campaigns, and promotions.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and customer service teams.
- Identify and partner with influencers and brand advocates.
- Stay up to date with trends and best practices in social media.
- Track and report key engagement and growth metrics.
- Conduct virtual meetings with clients.
**Requirements**:
**Experience**:
- At least 2 years of proven experience in social media management and content creation.
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related fields (preferred).
**Skills**:
- Intermediate level of English.
- Proactive and organized.




- Self-motivated and independent.
- Strong command of grammar and spelling.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with platforms like Hootsuite, CoSchedule, etc.
