**The Opportunity**:
We're seeking an experienced and motivated **Remote Property Manager** to oversee our portfolio of short-term vacation rentals. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who excels in hospitality and property management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Guest Experience Management**:
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Collaborate with our concierge team to enhance guest satisfaction
- Ensure top-notch hospitality standards across all properties
**Property Operations and Maintenance**:
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
- Implement preventative maintenance schedules
- Conduct routine property inspections
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
**Financial Oversight**:
- Develop and manage property budgets
- Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records
- Optimize property performance and revenue
**Compliance and Risk Management**:
- Ensure properties comply with local regulations and safety standards
- Implement and maintain risk management strategies




- Stay updated on industry trends and legal requirements
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of experience in property management, maintenance, or vendor management, preferably in vacation rentals or hospitality
- Proven track record in guest relations and property operations
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in property management software
- Bonus: Certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Real Property Administrator (RPA)
- Experience with Airbnb, VRBO, or similar platforms is highly desirable
- Is a self-starter with excellent time management skills
- Thrives in a remote work environment
- Has experience managing properties in the United States (bonus)
- Has prior experience working remotely in similar property management or hospitality roles
**Work Environment**:
- Full-time remote position
- Schedule: Weekend shift, 5 days a week, daytime schedule
- Must reside in a country with a timezone compatible with US business hours (we do not offer graveyard shift)
**Compensation**:
- $20,000 annually (contractor position)
