**You will get the chance to**:
- Develop and oversee brand actions related to Influencer Marketing (celebrities, public figures, social media influencers, bloggers, journalists, among others).
- Monitor the tasks of the Influencer Managers.
- Support the achievement of KPIs for the vertical.
- Analyze processes within the vertical.
- Work collaboratively with the creative team.
- Participate in proposals for new business.
- Use strategic thinking to develop campaigns aligned with the client's commercial objectives.
- Take a leadership role in advising clients on best practices in Influencer Marketing strategies.
- Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly objectives to internal team members, including the ability to incorporate feedback.
- Present performance reports on campaign activities or "always on" initiatives.
**What will help you succeed**:
- 3-4 years of experience in Influencer Marketing.
- Experience leading a team (+3).
- Knowledge of digital platforms, content marketing, and media formats.
- Understanding of the industry and trends.
- Experience in dealing with clients, influencers, and/or talent agencies.
- English proficiency at B2 level.
