We are seeking a **Salesforce Data Cloud Business Solution Architect** to join our dynamic team.
This individual will play a key role in guiding the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and maximize the functionality of the Salesforce Data Cloud platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive all SCRUM ceremonies
- Remove roadblocks
- Interact with other teams and establish good communication between team members
- Provide status reports and collect metrics
- Groom JIRA and keep it updated
- Enhance team efficiency and productivity
- Provide timely input on risks and issues and recommend effective mitigation plans
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in related fields
- Background in Agile project execution and proficiency as a SCRUM practitioner
- Skills in Agile Lifecycle Management using JIRA
- Experience implementing Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Quality processes in agile teams
- Competency in technical troubleshooting
- Qualifications in working with teams developing Micro-services, APIs and cross-channel services
- Expertise in JIRA for reporting and team management
- Proven ability as an effective communicator
