Responsible for overall Quality Management functions, from new productsto Production ramp. Defines, Develop and drive quality strategies tomeet operational excellence and Organization goals.
In your new role you will:
- Establish and drive Site QM targets achievement across all QualityManagement functions
- Liaise with External interface (BE BU and cluster) for common Qualityalignment, complaint management support, define quality requirement forpackage/process / transfer safe launch qualification for site optimalrelease & risk decision management.
- Ensuring that the integrity of the quality management system ismaintained when changes to the quality management system are planned andimplemented.
- Site Management representative for IATF and AS9100 and all applicableregistration requirements. Ensure effective Internal and External auditexecution as planned as well as to suppliers to fulfil requirements.
- Department budget planning, execution and control responsibility
- Leads, coach and foster leaders (Managers, Senior Managers) to achieveefficient operation on each function, establish clear roles andresponsibilities
- Collaborate with BE Cluster functions for process improvement andinitiatives deployment such as NLoZD House of Quality, provide PeriodicQuality updates.
- Responsible for target setting as well as to monitor and report all keyperformance indicators from all quality functions under responsibilityMeeting customer expectation in Quality and reliability and problemsolving requirements; Handle internal and external customer'sescalations ensuring risk mitigation

- Ensure compliance to Infineon Behaviors Model
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Engineering or Science, with minimum 5 yearsof experience on Quality Management in semiconductors manufacturingprocess and packaging technologyAbility to develop and maintain strong relationships with stake holders,while ensuring conformance to IFX high performance Mode
