We are looking for a Loan Processor, this position ensures that all necessary documentation and information are gathered, reviewed, and processed before the loan is submitted to the underwriter for final approval.
- Key Responsibilities:_
- **Documentation Review**:
- **Compliance**:
- **Communication**: Acts as a liaison between various parties such as borrowers, loan officers, and underwriters, ensuring that all required documents are submitted on time and accurately.
- **Processing Workflow**: Manages the loan process from start to finish, making sure the loan stays on track and all deadlines are met.
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of mortgage loan processing experience.
- Experience with loan origination software (e.g., Encompass) and automated underwriting systems (e.g., Fannie Mae Desktop Underwriter).
- Knowledge of mortgage industry guidelines (e.g., Fannie Mae,



Freddie Mac, FHA, VA).
- Familiarity with TRID, RESPA, and other relevant regulations governing mortgage loans.
- **Strong organizational and communication skills.**:
- **Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.**:
- **Proficiency in data entry and loan management.**
