Semi Senior Scrum Master at BairesDev
In the Semi Senior Scrum Master position, use your experience to facilitate and optimize Scrum processes within teams. You'll play a key role in resolving impediments, enhancing team dynamics, and ensuring effective sprint execution, contributing significantly to the team's agile maturity and project success.
What you will do
- Guide multiple Scrum teams in effectively using the Scrum framework and adopting Agile methodologies.
- Proactively address issues related to teamwork, process, and workflow to improve team efficiency and productivity.
- Mentor junior Scrum Masters and team members in Agile principles and practices.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile coaches to align and standardize Agile practices across teams.




- Facilitate organizational change and Agile transformation initiatives.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving product goals.
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Proven experience in facilitating all Scrum ceremonies and removing impediments.
- Experience with Agile metrics and reporting techniques.
- Basic IT infrastructure and software development knowledge.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring team members in Agile practices.
- Advanced level of English.
