**Key Responsibilities**:
- Leverage social media platforms to identify, engage, and nurture leads.
- Post content on social media channels to support lead generation strategies.
- Manage and update lead databases using Notion and High Level.
- Collaborate with team members using Slack and manage customer interactions through Help Scout.
- Monitor campaign performance, track metrics, and optimize strategies for better results.
- Conduct market research to identify new lead opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong social media marketing experience (posting and engaging).
- Proficiency in using Notion, High Level, Slack, and Help Scout.
- High proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to write compelling and grammatically correct marketing content.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and performance optimization.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Familiarity with lead scoring and segmentation strategies.
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics.
- Light Reel editing and posting to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
- Scheduling postcast guest and getting on podcasts
- Sending direct mailers monthly
- Scheduling podcast uploads in YouTube
- Scheduling social media posts about podcasts
- Manage referral program/affiliate program
- Managing cold call list
