HMD Trucking is currently looking for a talented and experienced Freight Dispatcher to join our team based in Puebla, Mx.
**What Would Be Your Responsibilities?**
- Booking freight with Brokers while obtaining and negotiating competitive rates;
- Ensuring efficient utilization of drivers and equipment;
- Coordinating the movement of the trucks and resolving possible issues;
- Daily communication and coordination between drivers and customers;
- Collaborate with other members of our team to deliver quality results.
- At least 1 years of experience in the USA trucking industry as a dispatcher;
- Good Microsoft office skills;
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal;
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn;
- Excellent communications and negotiation skills;




- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and reorganize workload in order to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7.00AM - 4.00PM CST (US Calendar and Holidays)

Pay: $18,000.00 - $21,000.00 per month
