Conduct Moldflow analysis to develop part geometry and tooling strategies to support Ford’s quality to eliminate sink marks, weld lines and other A-surface defects.
- Utilize problem solving skills and methods to systematically minimize part warpage through changes in part, process, and tool design variables.
- Lead moldflow review meetings for cross functional development on forward models and next generation innovations.
- Manage communication with engineering programs, purchased services, and suppliers.
- Support D&R; deliverables throughout UPV0-FDJ milestones
- Support investigations into new materials and manufacturing processing.
- Demonstrate the following Abilities:
- Communicate clearly and express new ideas
- Bachelor's degree in Administration or Engineering
- Delegate effectively and follow-up
- Balance many objectives and program milestones
- Resolve complex issues and effectively communicate outcomes and next steps
