Coordinator is responsible for leading and implementing Lean and Lean Six Sigma projects within Supply Chain to improve business performance in alignment with key initiatives across the organization by identifying and removing processes waste. Must be highly skilled in lean strategy, methodology and tools to instill associates improvement for the better culture and serve as a change agent able to coordinate all functional areas in Supply Chain including customers and suppliers. Plan, design, execute and sustain very effective processes that delivers value to the organization improving cost by systematically removing non-value adding improving productivity and as consequence cost structure.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead analysis as well as design of supply chain processes that will be stated on the PFEP, strong emphasis on fixed cost savings and detection of opportunities for improvement within supply chain processes.
- Interaction and relationship with business unit and external function department related to supply chain as purchasing, procurement, planning, internal logistics, customs to develop process improvement collaboratively and complete PFEP end to end.
- Leads and facilitates VOS projects, able to tight cause and effect deriving clear path from the current condition to the target, complex problem resolution.
- Partnering with local VOS Manager and Communicate strategy, translate it to specific projects and tasks thus everyone is clear in their contribution.
- PFEP maintenance, coordinate an properly guard all information related to supply chain concentrated in it,



keep looking ways to improve and being sure best practices are executed and all supportive date is up to date
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES REQUIRED**:
- Kanban, Point of Use, VSM/VSD, supermarket design, proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Outlook, Power point)
- Strong communication, oral, written and presentation
- Demonstrated Facilitation skills
- Ability to interact with all levels within the organization
- Work with mínimal supervision
- Knowledge overall supply chain processes from vendor to customer
- Ability to develop strategies and working plan as well as organize and schedule people daily work and tasks;
- Target oriented and easy to make decisions based always on data, accountable to achieving goals and standards
- Strong sense of urgency around tangible results
- Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
- Able to demonstrate leadership without formal authority
- Work well in a team environment, with sound negotiation and issue resolution skills
- Ability to assume a role of authority as necessary; advocate new ideas, even when risk is involved; delegate responsibility and empower teams to make decisions; provide constructive feedback to others
- Being open to change (positive or negative) in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations.
- Ability to influence positive change effectively.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent of 3 plus years’ experience
- Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma certifications desirable
- English / Spanish speaker
