**Unicorn Role Overview**:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Spanish-speaking Video Editor to produce high-quality content tailored for Latin American audiences. If you have a strong eye for storytelling, understand cultural nuances, and can manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and consistency, this role is perfect for you!
**What You’ll Do**:
- Edit and enhance video content using CapCut or similar tools.
- Develop engaging and culturally relevant content for Latin American audiences.
- Manage multiple video projects, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Maintain brand standards across all video content.
- Ensure consistent content output and meet deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with the team via Slack and Zoom.
- Organize and maintain video assets for easy access and use. Assist in refining and optimizing video production processes.

**Requirements**:




- Native Spanish speaker with strong English proficiency.
- Deep understanding of Latin American culture and trends.
- 3+ years of experience in video editing and post-production.
- Familiarity with video formats, resolution settings, and compression techniques.
- Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
- Strong bilingual verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging video content.
- Reliable and deadline-driven work ethic.
- Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating with a team.
**Tools You’ll Use**:
- CapCut (or equivalent video editing software)
- Slack & Zoom (for team communication)
- Cloud-based file management systems (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
**Time Commitment**: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
**Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET
