**Job Description and Requirements**
IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, De-install
Physically install, move (de-install, and re-install), add, change and de-install devices. Applicable ONLY at Tech Café Walk-Up Center onsite locations. Customer will retain all other IMACD services.
PC Hardware Repair
Hardware support provides technical diagnosis and repair of defective hardware for end-user devices at Customer facilities or remote via virtual collaboration.
Tech Café / Cloud Café Services
Walk-Up Center / Cloud Cafe Technical support for HW and SW service requests, support requests, and ad-hoc how-to help for program devices.
**Years of experience needed**
**L1 level 2 to 5 years' experience.**
**L2 level 5 years plus experience.**
**Technical Skills**:
PC hardware repair (break fix support) via advance exchange support model.
OS migrations support
Reimaging to standard program images
Software break fix support




Distribution and / or installation of accessories and supplies; including but not limited to keyboards, mouse, memory upgrades, hard drive upgrades, LAN cables, and power cords.

Pay: $18,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month
