Join Epicor as a Principal Product Developer! Take the lead in shaping innovative solutions for our Retail organization. In this role, you'll leverage your technical expertise to develop and refine products, services, and processes while guiding Product Development team members. Your contributions will help enhance the retail experience, delivering impactful solutions that meet customer needs.
**What you will be doing**:
- Play a key role in designing and reviewing core functionality to boost product performance and user experience.
- Develop, analyze, and maintain automation tools to streamline hardware or software product releases.
- Advocate for and implement best coding practices, continuously improving development standards.
- Consistently deliver high-quality work on time, aligning with project goals and customer expectations.
**What you will likely bring**:
- 10+ years of progressive experience with a proven track record in product development.
- Proficiency in Python 3 and Angular.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases, including expertise in database views and triggers.
- A fast-learning mindset, quickly adapting to new technologies and industry trends.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to mentor and guide team members effectively.
**What could set you apart**:
- Familiarity with Django.
- Background in retail or supply chain software, offering valuable industry insights.
