**Responsibilities**:
As an online instructor,



you’ll provide one-on-one lessons to help students improve their American English pronunciation. Every session is an opportunity to build their confidence and enhance their learning experience.
**What You’ll Need**:
To apply, you should meet the following qualifications:
- **Experience**: At least two years of ESL or pronunciation teaching experience.
- **Tech Requirements**: Proficiency with Skype and access to a reliable internet connection.
- **Qualifications**: One of the following:
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification
- A bachelor’s degree in Linguistics or English
- A degree or certification in vocal training
**Compensation & Growth**:
- **Starting Pay**: $16 USD per hour.
- **Advancement**: Guaranteed $0.50 per hour raise for every 250 teaching hours, up to $25 per hour.
