We are looking for an exceptional Senior Financial Analyst within our Global Supply Chain Finance organization. You will report to the Director of Finance, Supply Chain & Procurement and will be a key support for the Global Supply Chain team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative international environment navigating multiple technologies, systems, processes, organizations, sites, cultures and practices.
You Will Make an Impact By:
- Partner with the General Supply Chain Logistics & Trade Compliance teams, providing financial expertise to connect activities and actions to financial outcomes, focused primarily on logistics & duty costs to expand to other areas & support ad hoc requirements.
- Prepare metrics and reporting. Provide analysis of financial results, investigate variances and trends, and provide insights to help drive business decisions and actions.
- Support supply chain and procurement teams in evaluating the impact of trade regulations on product costs and global sourcing strategies
- Work cross-functionally on cost mitigation strategies.
Skills You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field with 5+ years of related experience
- Advanced MS Excel capabilities
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Self-starting, self-directed,



team-oriented professional with ability to independently determine the direction of work required and priority of projects
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, and logistics
- Experienced financial analysis and communication skills and the ability to successfully interact with management, international teams, and all stakeholders
Preferred Skills: (Optional)
- Understand Operations and Supply Chain Management process flow and inter-relation to ERP systems
- Previous experience working with tariffs & duties
- Experience with Hyperion Financial Management system (or similar), SAP or Oracle
- Proficiency with BI software such as Power BI
