We have an opening for an **IT Intern.** This is a virtual/remote position to join our growing team in the United States.
**What you will be doing**
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer success before and after sales.
- Working alongside experienced staff and mentors in the delivery of client projects and support.
- Collaborate with co-workers in the creation of new service products.
- Provide support to end users.
- Collaborate with co-workers in the maintenance of our internal infrastructure.
- Handling ticket requests.




- You must be able to work from home, have a quiet workspace, and have a computer and headset in good working order_
- Working hours: office hours Monday to Friday (8AM-5PM CST)._
- Requirements
**We are looking for someone who**:
- Is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and is expected to graduate within the next 12 months.
- Has strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
- Is self-managed, proactive, organized, and technically curious.
- Possesses excellent problem-solving, teamwork and technical leadership skills.
- Works effectively in a diverse/integral team environment.
- Has passion for learning and for helping others.
- Has web development experience.
- Has technical knowledge related to Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, etc.
