**R2R Specialist**

This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting processes, collaborating closely with international teams, and contributing to our global financial operations. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and analyze accounting records related to payroll, fixed assets, accruals, costs, write-offs, intercompany transactions, and period closings.- Execute monthly accounting closings, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial information.- Prepare and submit global financial reports in line with corporate guidelines.- Collaborate with Controllers and Finance Directors across regions to align processes and resolve discrepancies.- Maintain up-to-date accounting records and support internal and external audits.
What we need to see from you:
**Profile Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.- Minimum of 1.6 years of experience in general accounting, preferably within intercompany departments.- Proven experience in monthly accounting closings and journal entries.- Advanced English proficiency (B2 level or higher).- Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).- Experience in Financial Shared Services Centers (FSSC), providing accounting services to affiliates in Canada and the U.S.
**Preferred Qualifications**:




- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
