**Job Description**:
**What you will do**
The Business Intelligence Analyst will lead the development and support of analytic tools and reports for risk mitigation within the Sustainable Infrastructure (SI) Services Operating Platform.
**How you will do it**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Develop and maintain Microsoft BI tools, dashboards and reports
- Collect and analyze datasets from various sources
- Identify trends and patterns in data to support decision making
- Optimize data collection procedures and improve data quality
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Develop and implement data governance policies
- Provide training and support to end-users on Microsoft BI tools and reports
**What we look for**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems or related degree
- 5 years experience in facility management and operations, with thorough understanding of FM/O&M;/ As a Service Model business
- 2 year experience using Microsoft BI technologies (Power BI, Excel)
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office
