**YOUR PROFILE**- Good conversational **English**(B2, C1, C2)
- Mobile Platform Expertise - **Proficient in iOS (Swift)**as the primary development platform.
- Strong understanding of **mobile architecture and best practices**.
- **Code Quality & Best Practices**- Ensure superior code quality by enforcing best practices, conducting code reviews, and maintaining clean, maintainable code.
- **Automation Testing**- Implement and advocate for automation testing strategies to enhance code reliability and reduce regression issues.
- **Tool Proficiency**- Proficient in Jira, Git, GitHub Actions, and other development tools to streamline development workflows and CI/CD processes.
- **Release Management**- Oversee the mobile app release cycle, ensuring smooth deployment and adherence to release schedules.
- **Team Leadership & Mentorship**- Guide and mentor a team of developers and testers, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and collaboration.
- **Requirement Analysis**- Work closely with the Product Manager to understand business needs, refine requirements, and align development with the product roadmap.




- **Stakeholder Education & Decision Support**- Educate stakeholders by providing clear technical insights, enabling informed decision-making on product features, timelines, and trade-offs.
- **Technical Roadmap & Continuous Improvement**- Define and drive the mobile technical roadmap, stay updated with industry trends, and optimize development processes for efficiency.
