**Responsibilities**:
- Analyze business and functional requirements to design, develop, and maintain comprehensive manual test cases, ensuring complete test coverage across functional, integration, and end-to-end scenarios.
- Interpret complex business rules and processes to validate system behavior and ensure alignment with defined requirements.
- Interview and extract test scenarios from technical teams and business users - translating the scenarios into test cases.
- Execute manual test cases with accuracy and attention to detail, documenting results and identifying any deviations.
- Record, track, and manage defects in a structured manner using established defect tracking tools.
- Participate actively in defect triage meetings, clearly articulating issues, their impact, and potential root causes to development and product stakeholders.
- Utilize test management tools—preferably PractiTest—to organize test cycles and maintain traceability throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by assisting business users in reproducing issues and providing insights into functional behaviors.
- Assist in test automation efforts to support test coverage expansion.
**Knowledge & Experience Required**
- Proven ability to write detailed, structured,



and traceable test cases based on business and functional requirements.
- Strong understanding of complex business processes and workflows.
- Demonstrated experience in defect documentation and triage, with the ability to effectively communicate technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with test management tools; PractiTest experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong experience with Jira or other defect tracking tools.
- Proficient in agile / scrum environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and professionally.
- (preferred) Understanding of automation testing concepts and tools; ability to collaborate effectively with other SDETs on the team.
- (preferred) Experience with AI testing tools such as (Testsigma, Copado, Functionalize)
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month
