JOB PURPOSE

This role exists to lead Safety, Health, Environment and site security agenda for Foods LATAM that includes 2 sites in Mexico, 2 sites in Brazil and 2 sites in Argentina, also working in partnership with other categories in Mexico to assure legal compliance.

As part of the supply chain leadership team for Foods SSHE, you will have a dynamic role with a strong contribution driving SHE initiatives of the Foods function, influencing and driving world class performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- ​​Implement Integral SSHE policies and standards driving compliance
- ​Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
- ​Ensure compliance with local, state,



and federal regulations related to safety, health, and the environment.
- ​Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- ​Provide training and guidance to employees on SSHE practices and procedures.
- ​Monitor and report on SSHE performance metrics and trends.
- ​Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SSHE considerations into business operations.
- ​Manage and oversee emergency response plans and drills.
- ​Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
- ​Partner with TAs and CPs to reduce and mitigate risks, including explosive dust, , boilers and flammables.

QUALIFICATIONS
- ​​Bachelor’s degree, in Engineering, Science, Environment or similar
- ​Previous experience leading SHE agenda at complex sites, minimum of 7-10 years of experience in SHE management, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
