Description
Amazon Integral Realty is looking to hire an experienced bilingual Senior Real Estate Manager to play a critical role in supporting all facility and property activity across Amazon's Mexico Network. Regular national travel is required, with occasional international travel.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Mexico and LATAM team to fulfill the overall strategy for maintaining and developing space requirements of Amazon Mexico Warehouse/storage strategy.
- Develop and implement investment models with market players to optimize investments.
- Consult with local stakeholders and governmental bodies to secure support for fulfillment center expansions.
- Create the annual Mexico real estate business plan and budget, and be responsible for transactions to meet the business plan.
- Communicate regularly with all business owners, including finance, IT, legal, operations, facilities, and engineering representatives.
- Ensure efficient day‑to‑day operations of major facilities,



coordinating with local administrative or purchasing personnel on all facility issues on an escalating basis.
- Manage projects to successful completion within deadlines, on budget, and with safety in mind.
- Handle landlord relations, negotiation, and contractor management, including escalation of any issues beyond regular daily activity.
- Lead alteration management and reduce fixed costs for all building‑related expenses.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of directly managing multiple large projects in logistics, distribution, or fulfillment processes.
- 7+ years of property, asset, or portfolio management and real‑estate financial analysis experience.
- Experience developing, leading, negotiating, and executing corporate and business transactions.
- Knowledge of agile product development and life‑cycle management processes.
- Experience managing and negotiating contracts and vendor relationships.
