Consultants in Advisors & Consulting Services guide clients on business decisions using Mastercard’s Test & Learn® platform. They identify priorities, design, execute experiments, and advise on implementation across industries such as banking, payments, retail, and restaurants.

Services Overview
The Advisors & Consulting Services team blends traditional consulting with Mastercard’s data assets and proprietary platforms. The group’s five specializations are Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Program Management.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide creative input on projects across a range of industries and problem statements.




- Contribute to strategies and programs for regional and integral clients by leveraging data science and Test & Learn®.
- Collaborate with the Mastercard team to understand client needs, agendas, and risks.
- Develop working relationships with client analysts/managers and act as a trusted partner.
- Deliver analytical and technical guidance to advance Test & Learn® adoption and competency.
- Prepare effective presentations and deliver client recommendations.
- Lead internal and client meetings, contribute to project management, and expand the firm’s intellectual capital.

Basic Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree with experience in consulting, technology, data science, or data‑driven analysis.
- Teamwork and client/internal stakeholder management experience.
- Logical, structured thinking and strong numerical analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks for multiple clients in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
