Responsibilities
- Responsible for the administration and coordination of all internal communication programs and employee recognition.
- Support of talent acquisition process (DL & IDL), retention, and talent management initiatives.
- Comply with the guidelines and regulations of Health, Safety and Environment.
- Responsible for communication campaigns.
- Supervise the implementation of government, company and internal policies and regulations.
- Responsible for implementing the internal policies of the Human Resources Department.
- Support the recruitment and selection of personnel process for Direct and Indirect Labor.
- Responsible for the implementation of the wages and salaries policies.
- Participate in the different committees: labor, union, cafeteria, training and development.
- Supports on social and cultural activities organized by the Human Resources Department.
- Coordinates new employee orientation program.
- Act as a trainer on specific topics.
- Direct contact on concerns from employees and support.
- Coordinate activities with cafeteria supplier,



transportation & Facilities (regarding employee’s needs / events).
- Employee Administration (pre payroll, legal benefits, etc.).
- Employee file and control (personal documentation, contracts, performance evaluations, etc).
- Administration, cafeteria & transportation requisitions, invoices and requirements for employees’ purposes.
- Support on pulse and integral survey coordination. Your Voice, Leadership Effectiveness, Employee Engagement, Cafeteria, Transportation, Work environment, etc.
- In coordination with the supervisor, run savings funds reports.
- And other functions as assigned by your manager.
- Participate in risk management, which includes the identification of failure modes, hazards and environmental aspects, their respective assessment and the definition and implementation of controls.
