Job Description
The Senior Program Coordinator is responsible for managing tour details between Sales and Product Delivery teams. They collaborate closely with Sales on ad-hoc custom itinerary creation and translating experiences into client-facing content that is relevant to the group’s academic focus. This role requires communication with internal staff, management, and occasionally external vendors, to explore unique programming options.



The Senior Program Coordinator is an independent self‑starter with excellent collaboration skills and an ability to make business decisions confidently.

Responsibilities
- Supports K12 (and other divisions as-needed) with the creation of ad-hoc custom itinerary requests that may fall outside the usual scope of custom program requests.
- Conducts independent research and collaborates with Operations teams to source new on‑tour experiences where needed. Provides Operations team with supplier and quote information.
- Answers pricing and itinerary questions to help maximize sales. Provides Sales with information needed to submit comprehensive itinerary requests to the pricing team, clearly noting inclusions and exclusions.
- Consults with Health & Safety and Operations teams to resolve relevant areas of concern.
