ResponsibilitiesSMT Manager manages experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments.
Responsibilities typically include:
- Key communication channel between the manufacturing areas and the functional areas of Quality, Planning, Materials, Maintenance and Engineering.
- Ensure that production plans are met with the highest established quality standards and in the correct time.
- Facilitate and ensure the creation of work teams for the continuous improvement of manufacturing KPIs.
- Maintain area within the total parameters of 5S.
- Actively participate in the strategic boards of “Production Forecast”,



SIOP and “Plant Manning”.
- Administration of production supervisors.
- Assure people engagement and control Key metrics as OEE, SCRAP, and main events for customer.
- Facilitate problem-solving strategies.
- Motivate outstanding performance, operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Education Requirements

Experience Requirements
