**JOB PURPOSE**
**WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE**
- ** Innovative Sourcing Strategies**: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent to Unilever.
- ** Initial Screenings**: Conduct initial applicant screenings to present shortlists of high-quality talents to Talent Partners.
- ** Talent Pool Management**: Build, manage and engage robust talent pools for key roles
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Engage in problem-solving, track and report on sourcing activities, and drive process improvements.
**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**
**Experiences & Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sourcing and talent acquisition,



with a strong understanding of sourcing techniques and best practices.
- Experience with AI tools and hiring automation is a plus.
- Experience working in a global team environment is preferred.
- Fluent in English & Spanish

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
- Commitment to quality and adherence to defined SLA.
- Team player mentality with the ability to collaborate effectively within your team, across various hub locations, and with your assigned market teams.
- Ability to embrace, adopt, and navigate new technologies.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools such as Radancy, HiredScore and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
- Local knowledge of Central and South America is preferred.
