Join our dynamic team as a **Lead Salesforce Developer** focusing on CPQ platform enhancements and integrations.
**Responsibilities**
- Design secure, scalable technical solutions for the Salesforce and CPQ platform
- Collaborate to create solution and technical design artifacts
- Present ideas during cross-functional review sessions
- Provide technical direction for new projects, enhancements, and bug fixes on Salesforce and CPQ
- Collaborate with Business System Analysts to implement end-to-end automations
- Identify inefficiencies and analyze critical business metrics
- Contribute to agile development by designing, testing, and implementing new CPQ features
- Debug existing source code and address support requests
- Oversee Salesforce CPQ integrations with Salesforce, NetSuite, and other systems
- Develop and maintain Salesforce CPQ system solutions, including product bundles, pricing rules, approval workflows, and validation rules
**Requirements**:
- Extensive background in Salesforce CPQ development with 5+ years in Salesforce development
- At least 1 year of leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce Apex platform
- Experience with Salesforce Automotive and Salesforce Test Automation
- Competency in using Git and Copado for version control and deployment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide technical direction
- Analytical skills to evaluate and optimize business processes
- Previous exposure to agile development environments
- Fluency in English at the B2+ level
**Nice to have**
- Knowledge of Elastic Stack
- Background in the NetSuite Platform
- Familiarity with Client Lifecycle Management (CLM)
- Proficiency in utilizing Copado for DevOps
- Understanding of complex Salesforce integrations
