**What You'll Do**:
As Lead Android Developer, you'll take ownership of the Android development lifecycle—from architecture to deployment—while mentoring a team and ensuring technical excellence:
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers in a collaborative, high-performance environment
- Design modern, scalable, and responsive app architectures
- Develop and maintain intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces
- Implement robust navigation flows and optimize apps across screen sizes and resolutions
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs (RESTful and/or GraphQL)
- Conduct thorough testing, including unit testing and debugging
- Follow Android development best practices and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (QA, UI/UX, Product) to deliver reliable solutions
**What You'll Bring**:
We're looking for a highly skilled and proactive Android expert who can lead by example and drive technical quality:




- 7+ years of experience with the Android SDK and diverse screen sizes
- Advanced skills in **Java and/or Kotlin**, Android Jetpack, and architecture patterns like **MVVM, MVP, or MVI**
- Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, performance tuning, and accessibility (ideally WCAG 2.2)
- Experience with **Docker**, **Git**, and continuous integration tools
- Hands-on expertise with testing frameworks (e.g., **Mockito, Espresso, Robolectric**)
- Familiarity with **push notifications**, **offline storage**, and **cloud messaging APIs**
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle and continuous delivery
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Previous experience working in **Agile teams** and mentoring junior developers
- Proficient in English (C1 level)
**Nice to Have**:
- Experience with iOS development (Swift) or cross-platform tools (React Native, Flutter)
- Exposure to functional programming principles
