**Responsibilities**:
Functional Solution Design & Implementation:
- Lead the analysis, documentation, and implementation of business processes in D365 F&O; (e.g., General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, etc.)
- Translate business requirements into functional specs and configurations using best practices aligned with standard D365 capabilities
- Support end-to-end solution delivery including gap analysis, configuration, data validation, and testing
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Partner with business process owners, solution architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Assist in developing training materials and conducting end-user training sessions
- Serve as a functional expert in workshops and design reviews across finance and operations workstreams
Testing, Support & Continuous Improvement:
- Prepare and execute test scripts, lead UAT sessions, and validate configuration against business requirements
- Troubleshoot functional issues during implementation and post go-live phases
- Recommend enhancements and optimize system usability and adoption
- Design, configure, and extend D365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) to align with business requirements.
- Implement model-driven apps, business rules, workflows, forms, views, and dashboards.
- Perform data mapping, cleansing, and migration using out-of-the-box and custom tools.
Integration Development & Support:
- Collaborate with integration engineers to support REST API, Power Platform, and middleware-based integrations with ERP (F&O;), marketing, and third-party platforms.
- Troubleshoot and optimize integrations between D365 CE and external systems using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate,
and Dataverse.
- Ensure integration solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with enterprise standards.
Collaboration & Technical Enablement:
- Work with technical product managers, architects, and business analysts to translate functional needs into technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and deployment planning.
- Provide support and guidance during UAT, go-live, and post-production activities.
**Requirements**:
- 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; (or AX 2012) as a functional consultant or engineer
- Deep knowledge of at least two core D365 F&O; modules (Finance, Procurement, Projects, or Supply Chain)
- Proven experience in full-cycle ERP implementations including Fit-Gap analysis, configuration, and testing
- Strong understanding of data migration, dual-write, and integration scenarios
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Microsoft certifications (MB-300, MB-310, MB-330, or equivalent) preferred
