**Responsibilities**
- Execute CI/CD workflows with Copado to improve operational efficiency
- Oversee production environments to maintain system reliability and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project objectives
- Design technical specifications and document system enhancements for clarity
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance quality
- Resolve technical obstacles by devising practical solutions
- Contribute to scalable and durable architecture designs suited to Salesforce systems
- Stay informed about Salesforce innovations and integrate best practices in solutions
**Requirements**:
- Background in Salesforce with emphasis on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
- Over 10 years of experience in Salesforce platform development, including 2+ years as a Software Architect
- Expertise in Salesforce platform administration and operational management
- Familiarity with Copado for CI/CD workflows
- Competency in handling production environments and ensuring system efficiency
- Understanding of agile workflows and continuous integration frameworks
- English proficiency at or exceeding a B2 level
**Nice to have**
- Certifications in Salesforce technologies
- Understanding of the Einstein 1 Platform
