We are looking for a highly skilled **Business Intelligence Engineer / Platform Insights Data Manager (L4)** to join our team in Guadalajara. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving complex data challenges, loves working with modern BI tools and cloud technologies, and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact insights.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Own the technical architecture, design, and implementation of analytics ready data products and self-service solutions.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define and develop business intelligence solutions to solve real user problems.
- Keep current on big data, data visualization, and cloud technology trends, evaluate, work on proof-of-concepts and make merit-based recommendations on technologies
Calificaciones y Habilidades
- Bachelor's or Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, or another quantitative discipline.
- Excellent design and architectural skills with strong fundamentals in system design, data structures and algorithms (3+ years or equivalent track-record).
- Experience at SQL-based ETL development, and experienced with Python, Java, or equivalent scripting language.
- Experience developing in cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (preferred), AWS, Azure, or Snowflake at scale.




- Experience architecting data solutions utilizing Bl tools like Looker, Tableau, AtScale, PowerBI, or any similar tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong business acumen, critical thinking, and ability to work cross functionally through collaboration with engineering and business partners.
- 1+ years of Data Architecture experience working in partnership with large data sets
- Capability to collaborate with cross functional teams in a dynamic fast paced environment with an inclusive, adaptable and persuasive communication style.
- Result oriented mindset with the ability to quickly translate business requirements into working features.

Needs to be in office 3 days a week (GDL) MXN 80,000 - 90,000 gross
