This position is responsible for executing the day-to-day operations of Total Rewards. This can include a whole host of activities.
Interpersonal and Analytical Skills:
- Demonstrates responsiveness and acts with a sense of urgency.
- Effective communicator in written and oral form.
- Dedicated to meeting and exceeding the expectations of external customers and internal clients.
- Ability to manage tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Demonstrates self-initiative in completing tasks and projects.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other related field.
- English proficiency
- written communication skills required.
- Computer/system skills/MS Office skills, with an emphasis on MS Excel.
- Scheduling and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities preferred. Knowledge of inventory and planning, and a basic understanding of manufacturing operations, with product and commodity knowledge a plus.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as strong oral and written communication skills, are preferred.
- Maintain and promote the highest level of professionalism and business ethics.
