**What you will do**
Lead and/or support Lean Six Sigma projects to improve key business metrics. Monitor key metrics to sustain the benefits of completed projects and maintain a pipeline of improvement opportunities.
Key responsabilities:
- Deploy Kaizen methodology in key production processes to drive continuous improvement.
- Implement Lean tools such as 6S, Standard Work, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM).
- Lead or support Six Sigma projects using DMAIC and/or Lean methodologies.
- Analyze data to support process design and re-engineering initiatives.
- Collaborate with process owners to improve business process metrics.
- Organize and facilitate Continuous Improvement workshops and trainings.
- Lead cost reduction initiatives and coordinate implementation with departments.
- Promote a culture of Continuous Improvement by sharing best practices across teams
'‹ **What you need**
**Required**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Operational Process Excellence Environments.
- Experience in medical device, life sciences, or other highly regulated industrial sectors.
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or equivalent.
- Proven experience improving critical business metrics through process improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio).
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification;
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
**Preferred**:
- Experience with statistical analysis software (Minitab or equivalent).
- Black Belt certification (Operational, Transactional, or Design for Six Sigma).
Travel Percentage: 30%
