**Position Overview**
- **100% Remote**:

- We’re looking for a high‑caliber, process‑obsessed professional to wear two hats: ensuring our clinical schedules run flawlessly across all PAD Specialists facilities, while also leading and elevating our Human Resources function. **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Weekly & Long‑Term Scheduling**:
- Own creation, maintenance, and real‑time updates of staff schedules via Google Sheets and Google Calendar
- Lead and facilitate Monday-Friday scheduling meetings with management.
- Align staffing with patient volume across all locations
- **Calendar Management**:
- Process cancellations and shift vacancies
- **Time‑Off & Holiday Management**:
- Review, approve/deny PTO, UTO, and holiday requests per policy
- **Travel Logistics Coordination**:
- Book and track travel/accommodations for proceduralists and traveling staff
- Ensure details are entered and confirmed weekly
- **Cross‑Training & Non‑Clinical Events**:
- Optimize trainee rotations and facility coverage
- **HR Strategy & Execution**:
- Oversee payroll, recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with strategic goals & legal compliance
- Manage compensation and benefits programs
- **People Operations**:
- Guide managers and staff on HR issues; foster a culture of excellence




- Conduct drug and background checks; ensure regulatory compliance
- **Team Development**:
- Mentor and oversee HR Assistants and FAs on HR processes and projects
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and low rotation
- **Collaborative Strategy**:
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic plan development and execution
- Analyze performance data and market trends to spot growth opportunities
- **Operational Excellence**:
- Lead cross‑functional projects to streamline workflows and boost efficiency
- Create data‑driven reports and dashboards to inform leadership decisions
**Requirements**:
- **Fluency in both spoken and written English is a must.**:
- **18-month minimum commitment required**:
- Proven experience in business strategy development and execution.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Process-mindedness, continuous improvement,



and critical thinking are a must
- **Expert in using technology**, specifically in using Google Workspace -- adroit with Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc, we use these all the time so you have to be good and fast with all.
- **SMART. High IQ**, incisive logic, strong analytic ability, fast learning, and crisp communication.
- Drug and background check is required
