We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Plant HR Generalist Together We Win, based in **Juarez, Chihuahua.**_ _(E-Systems Division).
As **Plant HR Generalist Together We Win** **The main objective is to develop corporate initiatives, leadership models, and establish communication across executive, staff, and operational levels, as well as to promote programs through internal communication.**
**Your tasks will be**:
- Achieve the established goals for employee turnover and absenteeism at all levels
- Actively involved in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) committees.
- 100% implementation of corporate communication.
- 100% compliance with Radio Lear programming.
- Development of TWW strategies across all four organizational levels.
- Preparation and implementation of the TWW 2025 Survey.
- Implementation of the new Employee Experience process.
- Knowledge of warehouse systems and distribution centers.
**To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business management or any related field.
- 3+ Years on similar positions within the HR department.
- Ms

- Problem solving skills.

- Knowledge in LFT & NOM035
- Availability to travel.
- Advanced English level
