Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong knowledge of U.S. commercial solar development and EPC. In this role, you will lead solar energy projects from early-stage development through execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical feasibility studies, site assessments, and preliminary solar system designs

• Review and oversee engineering designs, including layouts, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and equipment selection

• Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and subcontractor coordination

• Oversee construction execution, quality control, and commissioning activities

• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and project requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or related field)

• Proven experience in U.S. commercial solar (C&I;) development and EPC

• Strong knowledge of NEC, utility interconnection, and permitting processes





• Experience managing multiple solar projects simultaneously

• Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills

• Advanced English proficiency required
