**Responsibilities**:
- **Lead cross-functional and global teams to deliver world-class IT solutions.**:
- **Plan, organize, and control complex IT projects and/or programs.**:
- **Ensure alignment of project objectives with client expectations and business priorities.**:
- **Manage projects involving multiple technology domains and/or business process reengineering.**:
- **Operate within a structured Project Management Office (PMO) focused on best practices and continuous improvement.**
**Requirements**:
- **Extensive experience managing complex IT projects across functional and global teams.**:
- **Proven ability to align project goals with strategic business needs.**:
- **Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.**:
- **Familiarity with project management frameworks and methodologies.**
