We are looking for a **Lead Automation Tester (JavaScript)**to join our team and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
**Responsibilities**
- Design and implement automated testing scripts to ensure functionality and performance
- Work closely with developers and stakeholders to define testing strategies and requirements
- Conduct end-to-end testing to validate system stability and user experience
- Document, track, and resolve defects in collaboration with relevant teams
- Perform regression testing to confirm system updates and changes are effective
- Develop and maintain reusable frameworks for UI and API automation
- Prepare detailed test plans and cases to support all phases of the software lifecycle
- Perform manual testing as needed to complement automation efforts
- Document test results and share findings with stakeholders for review
- Collaborate on improving testing practices and tools to increase team efficiency
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in automation testing
- At least 1 year of experience in managing and leading development teams
- Hands-on experience with API testing using tools such as Postman
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries with an understanding of primary and secondary keys, as well as inner and outer joins
- Experience with UI automation tools and frameworks
- Ability to create and execute detailed test plans and cases that align with business goals
- Experience performing manual testing to ensure comprehensive quality assurance
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, at a B2 level or higher
**Nice to have**
- Experience in the Oil & Gas sector with an understanding of industry-specific systems and processes




- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for workflow management and tracking
- Knowledge of Cypress for building automated testing frameworks
