We are looking for an experienced **Chief.NET Developer**to join our team and play a critical role in designing, maintaining, and advancing our SaaS eLearning platform.
This role requires extensive hands-on expertise with Elasticsearch or Opensearch and provides an opportunity to lead development initiatives, work with a dynamic team, and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
**Responsibilities**
- Build, improve, and support the SaaS eLearning platform using the Microsoft.NET framework
- Collaborate with a results-focused team, upholding a strong commitment to quality and performance
- Work alongside stakeholders and team members to design, implement, test, and provide post-deployment support for software solutions
- Perform analysis and design at every stage of the software development lifecycle
- Propose and deliver effective solutions for requested features and enhancements
- Deliver clean, scalable, and well-documented code using C# and.NET technologies
- Develop and manage database objects using Microsoft SQL Server
- Identify, debug, and enhance existing features to optimize performance and user experience
- Create and run automated tests to ensure the reliability and quality of code
- Prepare technical documentation to support ongoing and future development efforts
**Requirements**:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 2 years of experience managing and leading development teams
- Practical experience with Elasticsearch or Opensearch
- Proficiency in working with Llama




- Experience in creating and maintaining Windows services
- Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and client-side scripting, including jQuery
- Expertise in asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Strong background in Microsoft SQL Server, including SQL development with TSQL, Views, Stored Procedures, and Indexes
- Familiarity with.NET Core, React, Azure, and AI development frameworks
- Ability to work independently while also excelling in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality project outcomes
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering on time
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, at a C1 level or higher
